General guidelines:
All guests must follow these house rules and any other instructions given by the landlord.

Noise, Neighbours & Events:
Quiet hours between 8.00 pm and 8.00 am must be observed to ensure a restful stay.
Excessive noise at any time of the day or night is prohibited.
We ask our guests to treat local residents and neighbours with respect.
Parties and events are not permitted!

Visitors:
Visitors are not permitted. Any additional overnight guests must be notified in advance and approved by the landlord. Additional charges may apply.

Waste separation:
Please dispose of your waste in accordance with the relevant guidelines.
Organic waste / General waste / Plastic / Paper / Scrap metal / Glass
Organic waste must be placed in biodegradable bags only.
You will find the relevant bins in the waste collection shed right by the entrance.

Security & Energy:
When leaving the flat, please ensure that all windows and doors are closed to ensure security and prevent rain and water damage.
To save energy, please switch off the lights and electrical appliances when they are not in use.

Proper ventilation:
Ventilate several times a day by briefly ‘airing out’ the room, opening windows and doors for around 5–10 minutes. This helps to replace stale and potentially damp indoor air (particularly in bathrooms and kitchens) with dry, fresh air.

Valuables:
The landlord is not liable for valuables or personal belongings.

Terrace & Balcony:
Children must be supervised by their parents at all times when using the terrace and balcony areas.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning charge being applied.
Please dispose of cigarette butts (from the terrace and balcony) properly.

Damage:
Please report any damage to us immediately. We reserve the right to charge you for any damage incurred.

Towels:
The towels provided are for use within the apartment only and must not be taken out of the apartment. If you would like fresh towels during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Your guest card will be sent directly to your mobile phone when you check in.

You can find all the benefits of our regional card at: https://www.seefeld.com/de/gaestekarte.html

You can park your vehicle free of charge in our private car park. Please ensure you follow the parking regulations provided.

We ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Here are a few things to bear in mind:

  • Put the crockery in the dishwasher and switch it on
  • Take the rubbish to the bin room and sort it there
  • Please tilt the windows in the bedroom and living room
  • Leave the key (chip) on the kitchen table
  • Please feel free to leave any other food in the basket provided in the entrance hall – other guests might appreciate it 🙂
