When redesigning the SOLU Apartments, it was particularly important to us to create a place where you can feel at ease, settle in and explore. Our apartments are not just a place to stay, but a temporary home in the heart of the Seefeld region – Tyrol’s high plateau.
The large windows bring the outdoors right into your living room and offer picturesque views in every direction. You can choose between the cosy Studio S or the spacious Apartment L, either with a private garden or a panoramic balcony.
We are also delighted to welcome your little ray of sunshine to our family-friendly accommodation. Two adjoining apartments for up to 7 people are also available on request.
Your four-legged friend will feel right at home in our surroundings, with their generous green spaces and wide paths – please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

The floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, whilst an additional east-facing panoramic window catches the first rays of the morning sun, giving you an inspiring start to the day.
A cosy seating area invites you to sit back and relax – whether on your own with a good book or while watching TV. There is also a comfortable sleeping area here for a third person. The fully equipped kitchenette is perfect for whipping up your favourite dishes and showing off your culinary skills.

Check-in is from 3 pm to 8 pm. If you’re arriving outside these times, please let us know.
Yes, pets are allowed subject to prior notification and a small fee. A maximum of one pet per unit.
Two days before your arrival, we will send you a code for the front door or the apartment. If we are not there in person, you will be able to access your accommodation easily using this code.
There is a free parking space available right outside the building (please park at an angle).
We’ll soon be offering a dedicated charging point for your electric car – for now, the nearest charging station (Hypercharger) is just 200 metres away.
